Every Monday in May (excluding 29th Whit Monday) come and start your week off in the right way. Meditation doesn't have to be another thing on your to do list. Come and join Hannah and experience a light and easy approach to mindfulness.

About the event

Hannah will host this 45-60 minute session to bring a sense of calm, clarity and lightness  to your week.

Hannah is a certified meditation coach and energy healer, and is currently becoming a certified sex, love and relationship coach.

Meditation for her is a 24/7 state of living and like taking a shower for the insides.  In her pusuit of personal and professional progress, meditation and energy clearing is the number 1 go tool if things ever become overwhleming. 

You will leave the session becoming more present with what is in life, and unblocking any challenging patterns and belief systems that are not yours.

Session is 12.50 euro payable on site.

Included for members or if you are dropping in for a half day in our workspace.
