Besides the information stalls, we have some activities lined up. No need to book, just rock up!  

Menstrubox station 📦 

Assemble your own Menstrubox with donated sanitary products! We'll provide some resources from Periodic to help you advocate for free period products for all.

Once you've built your Menstrubox, you can:

• take it home and keep it in your bathroom for guests
• deliver it to your local café
• donate it to a food bank

Sharing circles 💬 

The 30 minute mental health and fertility sessions will be held in the privacy of the Side Room.

Both sharing circles will be led by trained experts (Emma & Audrey) and are opportunities for you to connect with other people in the community in a supportive and non-judgmental space.

Hypnobirthing ✨

Diana of Birth Ally will offer a free taster session to introduce you to the childbirth preparation technique to help you achieve a calm and positive birth experience

Cycle syncing Yoga 🌗 

Sonia will lead you through 'a year of movement' yoga flow to help you incorporate mindful movement into your menstrual cycle.

The first session will be in the Side Room and the second in the garden. Remember to wear something comfy!Join us for a day of community connection and education about navigating reproductive health care in the Netherlands. Our event is open to everyone, including native and non-native Dutch people, and is completely free.

We'll have a range of experts in different fields such as endometriosis awareness, period poverty, mental health, and more. Throughout the day, you can visit informational booths, participate in sharing circles, and connect with others in the community.

Whether you're new to the Dutch healthcare system or have been navigating it for years, this event is for you. Come join us and learn how to better take care of your reproductive health while making meaningful connections with others.
