In collaboration with MFTU coaching, we are excited here at Wrkshop Running to bring a jam packed agenda of training tips, nutrition advice, storytelling, giveaways and more.
Come and get inspired, celebrate and share your own achievements and sharpen your sights for the year ahead.
A running event is of course not complete without a run. At 12.00 we will hit the pavement to enjoy the finest of The Hagues routes, we will split the group according to pace and desires.
