Wrkshop VN is thrilled to be hosting New Way of Work (www.newwayofwork.io) who presents to us 4 fabulous facilitators in the world of personal growth and healing. 5 brilliant women who have found their own inspiration and path, from having struggled themselves with their direction and path in life and work.

Using hollistic tools and techniques as well as mosiac scultuping these 4 wrkshops will take you on a journey of self. To support you to open your system up to your own unique blueprint of creativity, confidence and ease.

Whether you are looking for support to thrive in business, parenthood and the home, or simply looking to have more beautiful connections + realtionships in your life this series will support your system in opening up to your dreams.

Unlock Your Creativity: Heart with Carmen: 4th May 7-9pm.

In this 2 hr Wrkshop we will work with JOY :-) by tapping into eastern wisdom.

KaiXin refers to the word Joy in Chinese language, kai xin is translated into open heart.

To feel Joy we must open the heart, the kai xin experience helps us unlock the heart and let the energy flow, by unlocking your heart you let feelings flow.

• Through the experience we will learn to let the heart energy flow.
• The heart is a muscle that can be trained.
• 3 core elements within your Xin (Heart) passion, feeling and sincerity.
• We will learn how to create a smile that comes naturally from your heart. Smile is not contagious but is the key to open your heart.
• We will learn the concept of being heart content no matter the feeling that is flowing through your heart.

Please Bring/Wear:

Lots of drinking water, paper and pen, comfy clothes, a cushion or pillow to sit down.

Carmen does what she likes to do, everything she does is full on HEART, her motivation is to serve humanity on feeling more love and more ease. Carmen is a Heart Math facilitator, Yogic Science and Chinese Medicine connoisseur. Her gift is to help humans open their heart through out a combination of science, words, movement, intuition and energy.

Unlock Your Creativity: Breathe with Ashley: 11th May 7-9pm.

In this 2hr wrkshop you will be guided by Ashley, founder of Intune, to Breathe and release - using your body's natural ability to breath and bring you clarity of mind, connect with your body and open you up to creativity and ideas.

getting you INTUNE with yourself.

The session will include guided breathwork, intention setting practice, connection with others and integration circle.

Please Bring/Wear:

Loose comfortable clothing, blanket or socks if you get cold easily, yoga mat to lay down on, try not to eat anything too heavy before hand, journal or notepad to write in, all levels welcome (including first timers)

Unlock Your Creativity: Move with Sherise and Gianine: 18th May 7-9pm.

During this 2hr workshop the sisters Sherise and Gianine Strang will guide you through a movement practice in which they will guide you from your headspace to your body. We will discover where there are blocks in your body and/or energy field and let the energy flow again. This workshop helps you to feel more free in your body and creates a deeper connection with yourself.

What can you expect from the movement.medicine workshop?

Unlock Your Creativity: Create Mosaic with Nathalie: 25th May 7-9.30pm

During this 2.5 hr wrkshop you will be guided by Nathlie to create your own mandala mosaic.

Join Nathalie to explore the joy and meditative practice of mosaic. Leave with a beautiful mandala mosaic crafted by your own hands.

The pure enjoyment of mosaic creation is at the centre of Nathalies approach to her work and company Giarise, and she looks forward to guidng you into this beautifulk world of creativity where the noise of the world falls away as you cut the glass ands craft a special memory.

We will enjoy tea and coffee together, and then using a surface of mdf we will mosaic ensuring a beautiful end result.

Included in this Mosaic Wrkshop: 

Mosaic mandala base is about 22 cm high Mosaic material Use of mosaic tools Professional guidance Coffee/tea and light snacks.
