Vocal Activation

Our voices are essential in daily life, even more so if you speak from a position of leadership or knowledge-sharing as part of your career. Supporting your throat chakra will bring you the confidence and ease to express yourself clearly and powerfully.

In this workshop you will open your throat chakra with vocalisation and singing, building confidence and strengthening the voice.

This workshop includes:

• finding and developing your voice;
• exercises for vocal health;
• fun warm ups to practise at home;
• tips for looking after your voice (especially in the colder months);
• learning how to sing in a group;
• learning how to harmonise with others.
